This is actually a distillery and craft cocktail lounge! They serve drinks at the moment, mostly to-go, but I'm told they will be providing on-tap cocktails (made with gluten free vodka, rum and gin) and that their canned craft cocktails are all gluten free as they are made with either corn-based vodka or rum.

I'm told that they will soon have a food vendor that will serve gluten free options, as well! Hooray!
