They did offer gluten free bread options but everything is made in close contact with gluten. As a non-gluten free person Stackt was super delicious and an overall great experience but Owen wasn’t able to eat there due to the cross contamination. However I did appreciate the openness of the staff when it came to disclosing their practices to ensure Owen wouldn’t get ill
