I had looked at the menu before eating here and saw many gluten free options. I informed the waitress of my food allergy and she told me it was a shared kitchen and fryer, but they do their best to avoid cross-contamination. I ordered a caprese pizza on gluten free crust and it was delicious! It was flavorful, the crust held the toppings, and was cooked well. I had no reaction to the pizza. The waitress even warned me that the fries were cooked in a shared fryer when a guest at my table ordered fries to ensure I didn’t risk ingesting gluten which I appreciated! I overheard patrons with more food allergies (soy and seafood) and the staff was knowledgeable on the menu and if they were unsure of ingredients, went to the kitchen to check. I felt safe eating here as someone with NCGS, but would likely call for more information if you have Celiac to see what they do to avoid cross contamination.
