Only the fries and wings are gluten feee with a dedicated fryer. No special menu leaves you Leary of the sauces being gluten free. The salad was generous but arrived with croutons on top. I highly suspect the croutons were removed rather than a fresh salad made based on the time in the kitchen. The blue cheese dressing is homemade and very good. The wings were, as others have said, overcooked. The mild is not hot but had a nice tang. My grandson didn't like the overly crisp skin. He didn't eat one. The fries were homemade and very squishy on the inside which we like. They could have used some salt. They disappeared. The pasta with meatballs (for a non celiac diner) was generous and good. We took most of it home. The waitress was very kind and tried to accommodate us. But for a Saturday night, there was only one other table. I can't recommend this restaurant.

After reading positive reviews I decided to try this place. We arrived for lunch and I asked for a gluten free menu. They dont offer one. The server told me i could eat anything that did not contain "yeast" rather than wheat. Already turned off but decided to stick it out i ordered a burger and ice tea. They claim to have a dedicated gf fryer but i chose fruit on the side.The ice tea was warm and watered down-no ice. I asked the server to make sure the thousand island dressing on the burger was gluten free and she told me there is never any gluten in dressings (with an annoyed face). My burger came and was supposed to be medium but instead was black and burnt and had a weird taste. I must have had a gf role because it was still slightly frozen in the center and fell apart while eating it. The fruit salad was obviously bought at the market next door. Nothing tasted fresh! My daughter who does not have celiac disliked her food as well. Gluten free or not this is horrible food and crappy service as the servers seemed more interested in texting . The only upside is i did not get sick!!!

Absolutely perfect. Our waitress Tracy (so kind and friendly!) answered my questions like a pro, which made me feel very safe. The restaurant has a lot of gluten-free items, and they understand cross-contamination. She she mentioned that the owner's wife and a two of their children are gluten-free and the restaurant takes it very seriously.

The food was amazing -- it was the kind of meal where I was truly sad when I was full. I'm definitely going back as soon as possible.

We were traveling through Amsterdam and needed lunch. Our 13 year old son has celiac and he was able to get a burger with a GF bun and fries from their dedicated fryer. The rest of us also enjoyed our meals (fried dough pizza, Custom job burger and fries, chicken ranch wrap and buffalo Mac salad, and 518 burger and fries). I thought the GF fries were better than the regular ones! The waitress carried the GF food out totally separate from the other tray of food and was very accommodating.

Excellent gluten free wings. I had a veggie sandwich on gluten free bread and it was amazing. The gluten free fries seem to be homemade, but I forgot to ask. My non-Celiacs family members tried a quesadilla and a burger and they were happy too.

Dedicated fryer meant we could get gf wings along with our gf fries. Burger buns were good too. Overall good food and a good experience.

Very knowledgable staff, very friendly and good tasty food! Slow service but worth the wait. Gluten free fries in dedicated frier. Gluten free breads/buns.

Wonderfully accommodating. All sandwiches, burgers, salads, fries, and wings can be ordered gluten free. Grilled cheese gets two thumbs up from my celiac eater.
