Review of 521 Biscuits & Waffles

We enjoyed both the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and the blueberry waffles. Both were excellent. The ingredients were high quality and the finish was perfect. The waffles had a delightful light crispy-crunchy texture that wowed even my glutenful husband. We sampled during the pandemic, so we carried out and rewarmed at home.
