Review of 521 Biscuits & Waffles

The waffles are delicious. Light and fluffy. However, it took 45 minutes to get 2 waffles and 2 coffees to go, because there are only 5 tables and 4 bar seats. Then, we got back to our car and ate our waffles and when I lifted the take out box off of my lap, my dress was covered in flour. The bottom of the take out container had been set in flour before being put in our bag. Now I get to spend the rest of the day with a flour splotch on my dress.

Great food but the staff is unorganized and slow. I wanted so much for this place to be absolutely amazing to show that you can do all GF and do it well, but we got a pretty good waffle, a lot of annoyance, and a need to change before continuing my day.
