Review of 521 Biscuits & Waffles

This was hands down the best gluten free biscuit I’ve ever had. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and enjoyed every bite. I can’t wait to try the waffles next time. My non celiac boyfriend even gave it his stamp of approval. Service was quick and friendly. They are only doing take out (as of 8/29/21) at the moment but our order was ready in about 15min.
