Review of 521 Biscuits & Waffles

This was one of the best biscuits or my life—let alone gluten free. Fluffy, the right weight, and the perfect amount of crispness on the outside. All of the toppings were exceptional. My husband (a non-celiac biscuit snob) was also very impressed.

We went during coronavirus pandemic, and their ordering and pick-up process was very thoughtful, thorough, and clear.
