Review of 5280 Burger Bar

Advertised to me as a gluten free/gluten friendly location to visit while in Denver. Both the chef and kitchen manager report nothing to be safe for real sensitivities, the 'gluten free' label was made for people interested in a diet, not for those with rela health needs. They reported no dedicated space recommendedin the kitchen and advised a salad or another restaurant. Server very nice, not knowledgeable about allergies.
