This restaurant specializes in samgyetang, a soup containing a small chicken stuffed with sticky rice, seasonings such as jujube, and in this case an additional ingredient you can choose such as mung beans. After being served the banchan, I asked if anything contained soy sauce, wheat flour or barley — the answer was no. I am not 100% the waitress knew that gochujag and ssamjang (perhaps contained in the seasonings for the soup as part of the banchan) can sometimes contain flour, but I tried them anyway after being confidently told that the whole assortment of food was GF. The kimchi was very good, and the soup decent, though this was my first time trying the dish. Also, the restaurant was very calm.
