Very good service from the staff and was well informed on what is gluten free, if you come here definitely recommend getting the gluten free pizza. They also have gluten free dessert, highly recommended coming here

Excellent staff, very friendly. House salad and dressing was crisp and delicious. Bentley pizza w/ cauliflower crust and vegan cheese was good. Sangria and Vermonter cider hit the spot. Forgettable strip mall location, but warm environs inside.
Best gluten free pizza I have had in the 4 years that I’ve been gf. My kids loved it, too. My husband who is not GF said it was one of the best salads he has had and the non gf pizza was great.
I loved the GF crust!! I am also dairy free and the vegan cheese was amazing!! Will definitely be going here again. One of my top ranked pizza spots in Amarillo
Gluten free crust (cauliflower) made for the best gluten free pizza we had ever eaten. Flourless chocolate cake was the cherry on top. Waitress advised what toppings were gluten free
Got a pizza to-go while driving through Amarillo, and it was delicious! Thanks for all the gluten free options!
Ordered the gluten-free Dana with pepperoni added. Had to ask you if the toppings were gluten-free. Our server told me to sub ground beef for sausage so I did.
My friend’s pizza was a little under done, so they put both of ours back in the oven.
They were absolutely delicious when they came out of the oven. The gluten-free pizzas go in pans. The regular pizzas go directly on the oven surface. That’s why they had to be cooked longer.

I was in Amarillo for AMAcon and 575 was amazing. It has a really cool atmosphere and I LOVED the gluten free crust. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten as well, informing me as to which items had gluten. My only issue is that the gluten free crust isn't mentioned on the menu nor is there allergy information listed on the website.

Was NOT a fan of their gluten-free crust. Tasted hard and bland, similar to how I would imagine burnt cardboard would taste. They would be wise to use a pre-made gluten free crust (such as Udi's) and be careful not to overcook when preparing.
Very tasty pizza! We found it driving through town. Would go back. Live music was a nice bonus
I will sooo be back.
I have Celiac and I'm allergic to dairy - a fun combo! There is a bartender at the 575 on Hillside who is also gluten-free and she is always super helpful! They have GF bruschetta and desserts, and even have GF/DF pizza, making this one of my top-5 GF haunts in AMA.

Lots of gluten free options, such as appetizers and even dessert (The chocolate cake is amazing) ! Pizzas are great and I've never gotten sick. I had a waiter recently who also had celiac and she was well-knowledgeable. She did tell me that the pepperoni and sausage "may contain traces of wheat" which I had never heard about before so please be careful!

I hate to give this pizzeria 2 stars, but I am because I got glutened when I ate there "gluten free" pizza. They must not have a separate prep area. I believe the shell is Udi's, which is not bad. The pizza itself was very good. I do not recommend this place if you have Celiac disease or allergies.

Great pizza option in Amarillo. The have good salads as well.
Unexpected yumminess in Amarillo! We liked the classic tomato pizza better than the white pizza. Crust was nice and crispy.
Over rated. They offer gluten free crust, but staff is not educated on if their toppings are gluten free as well. Gluten free crust was also cooked on the same pan as a non gluten free pizza. If you have celiac, do NOT go here!

This place was amazing! They make their own (fresh) GF pizza crust, which worried me a bit. However, I had no contamination reaction and the food was delicious! Same for the kids' pizzas. The atmosphere is great too. It's a place work seeking out!
Best gf pizza ever! I don't think I've ever had a bad reaction to it and they carry some gf beer! Can't beat that :)
We stopped here for a late lunch on a road trip. I was impressed with their ability to make any of their pizzas gluten-free in the 12" size. The Cheesy Bread was delicious as was The Omni. The pepperoni IS gluten-free.

Awesome pizza, great place. Gone twice in two weeks!
One of our most favorite places to eat! The gluten free pizza is the best and the house salad is one of our favorites.
awesome food, good gluten free beer, excellent. service
GF pizza was good, but cheese sticks (gf crust with cheese) was AMAZING! Waitress was very knowledgeable. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Be aware though that pepperoni isn't gf so we had chicken and Canadian bacon on ours.
stupped here while traveling across the US. ...amazing... best pizza I've ever had. no reaction at all.

Thank you! Your pies are amazing!!! Having the option for an appetizer was ... Never happens for me.
The food was so good. You need to eat here.
what a treat. to be able to enjoy pizza out with friends. So good I ate more than I needed. staff knowledgeable.
Soooo delicious, sooo accommodating to our multiple allergies, soooo worth every penny. just driving through but wish there was a 575° Pizzeria near home.
great place awesome people
Cool place. Server didn't seem too knowledgeable, but the pizza was pretty good and they had Redbridge and Omission beer.
