Stumbled across this place after a hot hike and mom saw people walking out with slushies and had to have one. Once we got up to the front of the semi long (but moving) line, a sign said everything was gf. I got tiramisu, and was really interested in trying a cannoli (I’ve never had one as I’ve never been able to find one gf). Well turns out they have both pistachio and chocolate, and obviously I couldn’t pick so I got both and the tiramisu (the last one!). Tiramisu was eaten right there as it was a bit melty, but it was light and fluffy and perfect. But the cannoli was out of this world. Especially the chocolate. The whole inside is chocolate. I had to wait until later in the day when my stomach could handle that much sweet, but boy was it amazing. The 2 cannolis were wrapped nicely and kept in a cool case in the shop and managed to not melt too much on our drive back to Florence in 91° heat. Very impressed. But do remember when looking at my photos that they travelled 2 hours in the heat when they were taken. Oh, and mama’s slushie was great, she got pineapple and strawberry. Another American behind us got the same thing because it looked so good. Definitely go here if visiting this Terre (it was our favorite town, even without the fabulous desert!).

Previous reviewer could not find, but it IS there. And they have gf everything- cute little waffle bowls and cones for the all gf gelato. Gf cannolis, and even gf beers to take to go. Plenty of vegan options too for gelato.

This place is now 100% gluten free, with many vegan and lactose-free options too. I had an excellent crepe with dulce de lèche and banana 👌
