They have you tell them if it’s celiac/allergy or not and they bring out sandwiches with colored toothpicks. The majority of the menu appeared to be naturally gluten free aside from fried and battered items.

Quality was amazing. The bun tasted gourmet. Quantity was also amazing! Big juicy chicken sandwich and nice sized side salad paired with champagne vinaigrette. We also got espresso creme brûlée because why the heck not! ;-) Split between four people for only $10.

Call to make a reservation!! Really great atmosphere! We stayed here for almost 2 hours. My fiancé got modelo, I got a strawberry mojito, and our friends shared a half priced bottle of wine.
