Asked the staff about gluten and they spoke to the kitchen and came back with detailed information about the menu, including that the hash dishes were gf and cooked separately in individual skillets, but they also offered to cook omelettes in separate pans. Very kind and accommodating. Hash with eggs, pico de gallo, and avocado cream was excellent—it’s southern comfort-style food, a “greasy spoon” but the quality of food was very good. Non-Celiac dining companion was also satisfied.
