Our waiter here was pretty clueless. He basically said he was sorry, nothing would be safe. But, then he had the owner come to our table. After much discussion, he made our meal himself! I was sad the GF things listed on the menu were, not safe due to cross contamination…but he made me a good salad with some grilled chicken. He also accommodated my daughter ( milk allergy) and made her a safe version of salmon. All in all it was a meal, not the best. But, I really was thankful the owner tried his best and took the time to make me a meal, even if was simple salad. But, it was very good. Would not recommend this restaurant though for celiac individuals.

I love 622 North, they have “GF” marked on their menu with quite a few options. They have seasonal risotto and in the winter even had gf raviolis. I had brunch once with an amazing gluten free red velvet muffin! I cannot digest gluten however I do not have celiac, so I am ok with cross contamination. If you are ok with shared oil, their French fries are great. I am not sure however if the fries are celiac friendly.
They indicate which items on the whole menu can be gluten free. There are some that won't be truly celiac friendly due to cross contamination. Our server was well informed and our celiac daughter had no problems. We heard our server discussing dairy issues with another table with similar deep understanding.
Food was very good, just made a mistake and put some sort of bread on top of my otherwise gf food
The fried green tomatoes denoted as GF are not prepared separately. The chips that accompany the chicken dip and salsa are also not prepared in separate equipment.
Had the charcuterie board minus the sour dough and the brussel sprouts dish without issue.
