Review of 6512'

They now have a disclaimer on the menu that cautions against celiacs and severely gluten intolerant people from eating here. However, we came early in the evening, spoke extensively to our waitress who spoke with the chef and they took very good care of me (marked my ticket with Celiac, substituted certain side items) - I did not get sick and had a lovely meal. The waitress did tell us that due to low demand, they do not have GF bread and mixes any longer. Would recommend during slow times so no mistakes with cross contamination are made.
