I’ve been here 3 times since the update in hopes I could give a better review, but alas I can’t. The quality just isn’t there and you expect higher quality to match the high cost per person. The consensus for non-GF people seems to be the same too, the food quality just isn’t there. Do not go for brunch - nothing was Gf. There are things marked and you can talk to the staff and depending on who is working, they will make you some things. By things, I mean a whole GF pizza, which is great but a pizza is not worth the cost. We need a GF buffet that is worth it the cost and I am hoping TS will be that place someday.

I thought I’d never eat at a buffet again ! Wrong! This restaurant is absolutely amazing. There are 7 stations set up for various types of food such as Asian, desserts, tacos, pizza, other warm foods, and every single item is labelled with allergens. Chef Andrew came out and spoke to me personally and took me around and showed me everything I could and could not eat. I had the best chicken mushroom risotto ever and chef Andrew made me my own gluten-free pizza. He even opened a new bag of cheese, a new bag of pepperoni and a new sauce just to make extra sure I would not be cross contaminated. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and safe. I cannot say enough about them and how “normal “they made me feel. I flagged the manager, Danny at the end of the meal, to let him know how much I appreciated everything. The one thing that they did not have was gluten-free soy sauce and he promised to get some and replace the regular soy sauce with the gluten-free version. Well done 7 Kitchens! I’ll see you again!
