Server said they could not serve anything gluten free

There is no gluten free menu, but I asked the server what options they could do gluten free. Kinda limited but they could do their fish, shrimp, or scallops grilled (i ordered the platter that had all three). I also got a salad, which was one of the best I’ve had in a while, no croutons or dressing and the grilled veggies with no seasoning on them. The food was delicious! Best shrimp and scallops I have had in a long time, and I didn’t get sick.
