This building has two places to eat, I ate at the bottom restaurant (Prairie Kitchen). There was a decent but not huge amount of gluten free options. The food tasted great, but was pretty pricey. My mothers burger came with a gluten bun, but staff felt very bad when we called them over and immediately remade it. They also offered us free dessert because of the mistake, which was very good! Overall, it tasted pretty good and I felt the staff was decently knowledgeable, so I would eat here again. Not often though due to the higher price range.
