They got a new chef. They have a gluten free bun now although the menu itself isn’t updated. Looked like an Udi’s bun. Got a burger and side salad 👍🏻 they noted gluten allergy on the receipt.

Stopped for dinner after visiting Royal Gorge. Not many GF options, but had the Caesar salad with chicken and no croutons. All good. No Gf bun.
