Probably not safe for Celiacs. Ok for gluten sensitive diners. Staff members change gloves when handling GF pizza and use a separate pizza pan. They cook all pizzas in the same oven. GF Pizza is thin crust.
NOT Celiac friendly lots of flour floating in the air. I am not a Celiac and not super picky about pizza but this was the worst pizza crust I have ever had. My topping slid off the flavorless and textureless crust.
While I guess you can't say it's celiac friendly, they will take every measure they can to prevent cc. It is the same oven but they clean it off and wipe it down before they put your crust in. I have celiac and I didn't get sick. And my god this pizza was amazing. It tastes like the gf pizza in Italy! I'm going back for sure!!
Definitely NOT celiac friendly. The pizza is made in the same oven as the regular pizzas. The tomato sauce used for the gluten free and regular pizzas with the same spoon. And so on.. can't say it's even gluten free
Excellent service and excellent GF pancake. Thank you and well done
Best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. They clean out the oven before cooking the gluten-free pizza. Would have given it 5 stars but some of the staff were not very helpful.
Gluten free crust available and the staff avoid cross contamination by switching their gloves when handling the bread and toppings! The GF crust along with the toppings we had were very tasty and the staff were very friendly. Will probably visit again before our trip is over!
Being a tourist in Las Vegas is hard enough But hearing unnecessary comments about being a celiac doesn't really help the struggle we deal with They may have a gluten free pizza dough But they spoon and rub on the pizza sauce with the same spoon The same pizza slider that touches pure wheat dough touches gluten free dough , (the tool they use to get pizza placed into the oven) And use the same pizza cutter also But the worst of all is hearing One employee being kind and saying "prepare for a celiac pizza" to another employee And him saying loud enough for me to hear "Who cares " That's the reason why I won't be coming back After eating the pizza I got a huge reaction
Really good. I have celiac and got delicious gf pizza. My son had regular pizza and that was delish too. Saw them being very careful about cross-contamination 😊
All pizzas go in the same oven, no pan (I even asked the manager directly, because of the other reviews; he was really honest and apologetic, so that was good). Cross-contamination is unavoidable. They have no other gluten-free options. Ended up not eating anything, just sitting with my friends. Worst dining experience so far in Las Vegas.
had some cross contamination but was good. They used a separate pan and switched out gloves and spoons.
Great pizza!! Crust was home made (not Udis) . They had someone come out with the crust from the back and did a great job keeping everything separate. Be aware they do cook it in the same oven as the other pizzas.
My picky gf son absolutely loved this place! They were really friendly and cognizant of cross contamination. The ingredients are on a line though, so that is always concerning.
Delicious toppings! They also ask "how gluten sensitive are you?" In my case, I'm not extremely sensitive or allergic, so I told them they didn't have to be super cautious about cross contamination. But they will be if you ask them. They were also super friendly!
You are greeted with a smile and they accommodate your needs so well! They don't give you that "you're too much trouble" feeling at all. I ordered the Margarita pizza. Crust was thin and crispy, fresh baked. Very good!
This place is great! All the employees are aware of cross contamination procedures and they use all fresh utensils when cooking the gluten free. The crust is delicious.
The gluten-free crust is light and crispy. Doesn't taste like a powdered sponge like some GF crusts can. It's Neapolitan style pizza as well and cooked in a wood fired oven. I don't know if it is celiac/allergy friendly, but they did go in a different area to make the dough since they toss each crust fresh. There is potential for cross contamination.
