Review of 800 Degrees Pizza

The gluten-free crust is light and crispy. Doesn't taste like a powdered sponge like some GF crusts can. It's Neapolitan style pizza as well and cooked in a wood fired oven. I don't know if it is celiac/allergy friendly, but they did go in a different area to make the dough since they toss each crust fresh. There is potential for cross contamination.
