Interesting experience. Funky restaurant with unusual combinations of food. They claim to do GF well but both the chef and server didn't seem well educated. For example the chef thought I couldn't eat rice on a Gf diet and both the sever and chef recommended some fried food that was cooked in a shared frier. When I asked about that they said "oh yeah, you shouldn't eat that if you are celiac". Having said all that, I did not get sick and my food was tasty. In ordered the curry bowl with tofu which is a dish they claim is GF without any substations.
