Stopped here to eat and the waitress said nothing here was gluten free.

So I called the restaurant and asked if they had gluten free options and they put me on hold and said let me ask... needless to say the lack of knowledge amazes me! Why is this on this ap?

After mentioning I needed GF options the chef came out to speak with me. She was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. She personally brought out my food and explained that she was the only one to touch my food and she prepped all surfaces prior to cooking. They have breakfast all day so plenty of egg options, plus tacos and a few salads.
