The owner, Vince, was amazing! He and his staff were highly knowledgeable about Gluten Free precautions. Their GF pasta dishes were wonderful and not sticky or smooshy. I had the GF version of the Fruite Tutte Mare and it was AMAZING. They also have an extensive wine selection and will help you pair with the food. The staff made sure to bring out the GF pasta dishes first so that there was no chance for confusion between dishes as well. Overall I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH.
LOVE the owner Vince. He allowed us to book out 3/4 of his place on a Saturday night-a risk for a small business. We so enjoyed our visit though and will return for my MIL's next birthday happily!

Lovely experience eating here with celiac disease/gluten free food! It’s always nerve wracking trying to find good Italian food that is celiac safe with no cross contamination but they can do it here! I got Alfredo gluten free pasta with squash & chicken and it was delicious. They use separate water and utensils for cooking and I didn’t get sick afterwards so no cross contamination :) absolutely delicious flavors and the Caesar salad was good as well!
Staff very knowledgeable about Gluten. Nice surprise to find an offering of both penne and spaghetti in gluten free. Many GF appetizers to choose from. Will come back again!!
