This is a cook-your-own steak (or fish) place. They brought us salad without croutons and oil and vinegar for dressing. Server checked with the cook who said the stuffed mushrooms appetizer was gluten free if served with gf crackers. I got the Brussels sprouts and baked potato, was told that other vegetables were also options. They provided a metal pan for me to cook my steak on since the grill is shared with Texas toast. Food was good, service was fine. I enjoyed the experience and had no cross contamination.
