I was contacted by the restaurant to discuss their safety protocols after I indicated I had Celiac. They use separate pans and utensils for gluten free. They also prepare the food in a separate area.

The quality of the food is amazing. I’ve had several dishes from catering and also the pizza. The pizza is the closest to regular pizza I have had but even better with the fresh ingredients!

I visited the location at 64 Excelsior, Saratoga Springs.
