Review of 900 Degrees Wood-Fired Pizzeria

I told the girl who answered the phone that I was Celiac and asked about protocol. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions satisfactorily. The pizza was excellent. I did not get ill. I believe the owner's wife is Celiac, as are some of the staff.
