Had gluten free soy sauce, told them I was gf and that I didn’t want a particular sushi role (firecracker role I think) because server said the fish was soaked in soy sauce but she brought it for me and I had to send it back. Overall just wasn’t passionate about the sushi flavor

Basic sushi spot with other options (for the gluten eaters) like chicken katsu and bento boxes.
They have tamari on request and when I spoke with them they cleaned cutting boards and knives. They needed some elaboration on what couldn’t come into contact with them— I explained any of the fried foods, tempura, etc.
Definitely communicate with them frequently to avoid any cross-contam but I found it yummy and overall no issues.
