A Cote is a neighborhood gem, and a wonderful GF experience. We went at least once per month prior to my diagnosis, and continue to go with confidence. Many of the items, including fried items, are made entirely gluten free. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, we spoke with one of their cooks (or perhaps the chef!) and she explained that they often make desserts with GF flour, and are very careful about limiting cross contamination. She brought us extra cookies to take, and gave my partner all the bread I couldn’t have so he could have that treat. On top of all that- the food is just delicious and special.
