They do take special orders seriously asking specifically if it is a preference or requirement when asking for GF bread. I always get the French dip. The roast beef and GF bread is toasted and you get au jus. They use different gloves and make sure to cover the prep area when making the sandwich. And a designated grill area. This sandwich makes me forget it is GF. The chips are good but do have to worry a little about CC because they could use a gloved hand that were used for regular bread.
