Owner has amazing awareness all her products are gluten free except the tortilla for burritos. If you request and bring one she will use a gluten free tortilla but is upfront that there may be contamination from the griller. However everything else is good to eat. She is also working on formulating her own handmade gluten free tortilla for burritos that doesn’t fall to pieces
