The other day I ordered a gluten free meal from here and it was delicious, I was raving about it, my side salad had no croutons, the box had gluten free stickers on it for both my pasta and antipasto. Tonight I ordered again, received salad with croutons. Nothing has been marked gluten free. I'm now nervous the pasta is not gluten free, as that has happened to me before from this restaurant. I've also had pizza from here that was coated in flour that I got very sick from. Food is great when it's actually gluten free but not worth the risk and continued mistakes.

Hello Marisa, my name is Darryl Bartlett and I am the owner of A little pizza. For anyone with gluten allergies or sensitivity, I appreciate your trust in us. The "flour" on the pizza is actually a gluten free bench flour used because the dough is extremely sticky. I will examine our daily practices for handling any and all gluten free orders that we receive. I hope you will give us another chance. Please ask for Darryl. I would like an opportunity to earn your trust again.
