Amazing service! Very knowledgeable server asking if the gluten-free request was for celiac. He knew his ingredients and made suggestions.
I had a beet salad with goat cheese, pistachio, gigs and hazelnuts. I would have eaten 2! 😀 It was delicious and beets were perfectly cooked.
I also had the SOPPRESATTA pizza with gluten-free crust. Also delicious!
Pasta also can be made gluten-free.
