— Not Much/None

This is not a gluten free facility, there was a large mixture of gluten and gluten free desserts but the owner was very knowledgeable about what I could have that was “sin gluten”. It was fun to try cookies made out of different flowers, such as chestnut. Got two different desserts here on two different days and never had any reaction. Celiac.
