Had fried rice and a zucchini squewer. Pressed them on options besides fried rice but they didn't seem to have any. I don't generally order it but when the 3 other Seguin gluten free restaurants are closed on a Sunday there isn't much choice. The pineapple fried rice in a pineapples is beautifully plated but pretty tasteless. The zucchini squewer is done without sauce but had the natural smokey flavor of zucchini. 4 stars for at least offering something. But we won't be back due to the lack of choice and flavor.

The staff is knowledgeable about their gluten free offerings. I have eaten here a few times and have always had a great and safe experience ordering sushi.
