Review of A World Without Gluten

Let me first say I’m sure this is a lovely place, and I did not eat here. However, my friend and I traveled to Trieste in part for this bakery and we walked 30 minutes from the bus station just to find it was closed and looked like it was actually under renovation, even though the hours online said it would be open. And a hot tip: most restaurants close around 1 or 2pm and don’t open until 5pm, so I actually was screwed for any safe food options. If you are able to call internationally, I would call to see what’s going on with their store before visiting instead of wasting your time!
