Very knowledgeable, very careful. Understands cross contamination and seems truly happy to accommodate. And the food is delicious! I wish I lived closer, I’d eat here every week. Hits that kabob-y spot that’s tough to get gf. Plus some delicious other specialties. And GF cake or baked Brie for dessert!

Fantastic kebabs with rice, and almost everything is gluten free! Just let them know it is for celiac and they make sure to avoid cross contamination. So good I went two days in a row!

The staff are extremely well educated and conscientious. You can watch everything being made in the kitchen. GF items are well marked on the menu. GF ingredients are stored and prepared separate from the only small area in the store where gluten is handled. Food is delicious. Very impressed! Will be returning many times.
