Review of Aama Kitchen

I had a very pleasant experience here, despite being a celiac. The staff was very lovely and made EXTRA sure to prepare my dish safely and separately, even handling it with good humor. The only bother was that the menu marked many items as GF that were not actually celiac safe (shared frier with gluten, etc.). BUT the wait staff were super quick to guide me through the menu and to help me figure out what actually *was* going to be safe. Can recommend.
