The Aberdeen Altens Hotel

The staff in the hotel restaurant have been overwhelmingly attentive. They made up a gluten free breakfast for me when all the other perfectly healthy plebs (I jest) had to go up and fill their own plates.

Every meal I’ve had (we’ve had a long stay there due to a sudden family crisis that required being near to the local hospital) has been absolutely according to my needs with no fuss and great knowledgable staff helping along the way.

Totally recommend this place as somewhere to stay in Aberdeen if - like me - you get anxious about travel due to issues with gluten. It’s one less source of stress. Which is great.
