There is no way any of these reviews can possibly be real. Not only did I have to stop the guy making my sandwich from putting it in the toaster with regular bread, but it is clear no steps are taken at all with regard to avoiding cross contamination. If you're just avoiding gluten because you think it is healthier, then this is fine. If you have celiac, run from this place.

10/26/2015 My brisket on rye was delicious! And the waitress said that it came with cole slaw and russian dressing, but that some people ate it with gravy. So I had half one way and half the other. Both were fantastic! The slaw was a delight just by itself, and the fries were top notch. I'll be back. My wife and daughter ate gluten free, loved it, and didn't get sick.

5/28/2016 We went back for lunch today. Later I asked my wife where she wanted to go for supper and she said she wanted to go back to Abe's and get the turkey club again. Man this place is good!

I had a pastrami sandwich on their GF bread - it tasted good & was fun to have this option. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick. I suspect that their meats, while delicious, may not be gluten-free.
