Gluten free friendly and all sensitivities friendly. They made separate gourmet breakfasts for me each day which were gluten free, dairy free, and nightshades free. Barb was happy to show all the ingredients for every recipe and also to modify all recipes and to obtain substitute ingredients. They can also accommodate nut allergies. Amazing gourmet breakfasts every morning.
