I was only three days in on my gluten-free journey and went to dinner with friends here. They were so accommodating and were able to remove a lot of the items that had gluten or traces within the dishes served. They also modified the potatas bravas to bake instead of fry to ensure no cross contamination. Really appreciated the knowledge of the menu snd ingredients and the modifications.
