Filipino restaurant. We asked, staff asked the manager, no GF soy sauce to cook with, “96 percent of the menu has gluten” and only a few items can be cooked GF including Chicken casino bowl, Seared salmon, Steak Silag, braised Oxtail and crispy Brussels sprouts. No pancit dishes. They cater.
