I had the Al Pastor tacos. They were very good. The waiter did not seem super knowledgeable but through emphasizing my allergy he seemed to get it. Covid makes communication even more challenging... he did tell me their tortilla chips are fried with flour tortillas too. I did not have a reaction

I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered the phone checked with the chef to see what items were gluten free. She found out that only the flour tortillas and the grilled chicken contained gluten. Willing to take a chance, we talked to the waiter when we were seated, and he confirmed what we learned and added that the corn tortilla chips were fried in corn oil in a separate fryer. After all was said and done, I enjoyed a hearty meal without any gluten reactions.
