Delicious Mediterranean fast casual food. They have a number of locations in the Boston area.
One of the staff members was a little unsure about ingredients, but another one quickly came over to answer questions. The rice bowl is NOT gluten-free because it has some kind of vermicelli mixed in. They have a rice/lentil base, but since lentils can be iffy for cc, I chose the falafel platter on Greek salad and then two sides. Generous portions.
I noticed when I went to checkout that they have a sign posted explaining which items are safe for celiac and gluten-free. It's the same for both staff and customer, and it reminds staff that if they see even a single grain of tabbouleh that got in the Greek salad, to redo the platter. Really appreciated the attention to safety on that sign.

Tasty Mediterranean food! The falafel plate is reliably GF, and you can also assemble a GF-meal from their numerous veggie dishes ("vegetarian three choices" and "vegetarian five choices"). Fries are also safe, as they are the only thing fried in that oil. Stay away from the rice, though, as it has wheat noodles in it. Also, sometimes the greek salad is contaminated with a small amount of tabouleh, unfortunately.
