I was having trouble finding safe places to eat around Taos and I stumbled on ACEQ. There were no reviews so I called and talked with the chef about their menu. Turns out most of it naturally gluten free and they are very careful about preventing cross contact as long as you tell them your needs. I got a stuffed portobello that was smothered in the most delicious red chile. I felt great afterwards
