While they have "gluten free options" on their menu, they are NOT Celiac safe. The wings are fried in the same oil as gluten products. They also claim their Malt powder wings are gluten free. They were not at all accommodating during our stay,.
My husband (who is not Celiac or gluten free) said the wings were very dry and lacked flavor and he was not overly impressed with his sandwich either.

This restaurant is extremely accommodating! Only part of the menu is marked gluten free, but the staff is willing to work with you to ensure you have a great experience. They even make their own GF bread to sub out for regular!! We went for brunch and I loved every minute of it. We even got free mimosas! I have celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I felt completely fine! Will definitely be back!

While this restaurant is not celiac friendly, they are well-informed about sensitivities and are very willing to adjust the dishes to accommodate each individual's needs. The menu is partially marked for naturally gluten-free dishes. Other items may be altered to avoid it. They have gf rolls for the burgers too. Our server, Kathie, was SO attentive and made sure everything came out okay once served. I highly recommend trying it out. They are not non-GMO but will also work with you in finding something to avoid seed oils. I also have a sensitivity to soy. They use soy oil for frying.
