Adam's Distillery

Adam’s Distillery has a dedicated GF kitchen ensuring zero cross contamination. One of the staff is coeliac so all the bar staff has a good understanding. They do have amazing gin and whiskey options from their own distillery with a handful of craft beers in stock too (including Two Bays GF). Limited food options but we enjoyed a delicious grazing platter and the team were happy to consider swaps to suit other intolerances. We also took some toasties takeaway too - also fabulous. Set in very pleasant grounds just outside Perth, Tas.
