Adam's Northwest Bistro & Brewery

They have many entree options that can be done gf. They also have a dedicated gf fryer BUT it’s placed next to the regular fryer so our waitress said skip it if we have celiac, so we did, despite previous reviews recommending fish and chips etc.

Originally gave it 3 stars - didn’t get glutened from the two entrees we ordered, but portion sizes were small; it’s rather expensive; and it took 55 minutes for two entrees despite there only being one other table filled at the restaurant.

1st visit food was excellent and service was good. Everything is from scratch. 2nd visit the service was awful. They were out of a ton of things. The server messed up 3 out of the 4 orders. He never came back to the table after dropped off our food. The food was still very good and we did not get sick which is a plus.

Fabulous fish and chips that are gluten free!! Worth a drive for!!

GUYS. specific friers. Celiac friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. Anything you want you can have AND THAT INCLUDES FISH AND CHIPS Y'ALL. FISH AND CHIPS.

Dedicated fryer for non-gluten foods. Staff understand Celiac and are cautious. Fish and chips and several burgers are delicious. Gluten free calamari anyone?

Fish was good, had thick, crunchy batter. They were able to accommodate dairy free. I think the oil was older because the fish was pretty dark. The fish was interesting it was sweet almost like a corn bread. It was good. The fries had so much garlic I ended up throwing up. I would go back but would order the fries plain. I didn't know the fries were seasoned and when I had called in I was told they were just plain potato. I am not a fan of garlic so that alone should NOT deter you from eating here. I did not get sick from the food I ate related to my celiac disease, mine was isolated to my intolerance to garlic.

with dedicated fryers and special gluten free breading this place is awesome. my incredibly sensitive ciliac girlfriend both had no problems and loved it, and I did too! We were even able to split an order of deep fried calamari in a gluten free batter! How many places can say that! anyway, this place is awesome that's all you need to know!

Excellent food and service. Had the tenderloin salad it's amazing. The garlic fries are yummy. Dedicated GF fryer. I'm tired And lots of GF options but no dedicated menu just ask the servers who are the friendliest I've come across in some time.

Waitress said most items can be made GF. They do not have GF bread/buns however. I had very tasty GF fish & chips (garlic fries) cooked in dedicated fryer. Generous portion.

Excellent GF options. Pretty much the whole menu even the fish & chips!!
